Annapurna Bhandar Status Check
When you apply for the West Bengal Annapurna Bhandar scheme (Rs 3,000 per month for eligible women), you get an application ID You can use it to track your application on the official West Bengal portal.
This guide explains the steps, what each status means and what to do if you lost your application ID.

What you need
- Your Application ID (the temporary application number you saved when you applied)
- The mobile number registered in your application, for the OTP
You can also search with your registered mobile number, Aadhaar number or bank account number, as the page offers.
How to check Annapurna Bhandar status with Application ID
- Open the official West Bengal Social Registry portal (socialregistry.wb.gov.in, citizen section). Some guides also name socialsecurity.wb.gov.in for tracking. Use only addresses ending in .gov.in.
- Click Track Applicant Status.
- Enter your Application ID, or your mobile number if the screen asks for it.
- Enter the captcha and the OTP sent to your mobile.
- Click Submit and read your application details.
What the status means
- Application submitted / pending: your form is received and verification is pending.
- Under verification: your documents, Aadhaar and bank details are being checked by the block or district officer.
- Approved: you qualify and payment processing begins.
- Payment released: Rs 3,000 has been sent by DBT to your bank account.
- Rejected: the portal may show the reason, such as an Aadhaar mismatch, an invalid bank account or incomplete documents. You can correct it and reapply as allowed.
Lost your Application ID?
- Use your registered mobile number, Aadhaar number or bank account number in the search instead, if the portal allows it.
- Take your receipt or acknowledgement to the BDO office (rural) or SDO office (urban) where you submitted the form, and ask an officer to trace your application.
Application not found? Offline forms may take time to be entered into the system. Ask the office where you submitted it to confirm.

Money not received? Make sure your Aadhaar is linked to your bank account and the details match your application.
