Uttar Pradesh Scholarship 2026-27
The Uttar Pradesh government runs a scholarship and fee reimbursement scheme for students from Class 9 up to postgraduate level, including diploma and ITI courses.
It’s handled by three departments (Social Welfare, Backward Classes Welfare and Minority Welfare), and the money goes straight into the student’s bank account.
This is only for Indian citizens who are permanent residents of Uttar Pradesh.
Which dates are still open?
Some deadlines have already passed Class 9 and 11 fresh applications closed on 17 October 2026, and renewals for Class 10 and 12, and for Dashmottar, closed on 15 October. If you’re a fresh applicant in a degree, diploma, PG or ITI course (the Dashmottar scheme), you can still apply until 31 October 2026.
